Experience: 0-6 months

Stipend Range: Till 10-12k

Role Overview:

As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with our HR lead and learn how to identify, engage, and

onboard the right talent. This internship is designed for students and fresh graduates who want

to kickstart a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

? Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

? Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates communication and interest.

? Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.

? Maintain candidate database and track application status.

? Support in drafting JDs and posting openings on relevant platforms.

? Contribute to ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
