Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will support multiple functions within the Human Resources team, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HR Business Partner support.


This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, providing an opportunity to gain real-world corporate experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and interview panels.
  • Follow up on interview feedback and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Support in updating and refining job descriptions based on business requirements.


Onboarding

  • Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to prepare onboarding plans.
  • Facilitate meet-and-greet sessions for new joiners and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Conduct 30/60/90-day connect sessions and maintain onboarding data trackers.


HRBP Support

  • Assist in HR follow-ups and employee communication.
  • Support internal HR campaigns and poster design.
  • Maintain and update employee data and distribution lists.
  • Perform basic data analysis and reporting for HR projects.


Key Skills & Competencies


  • Available to work from the Noida office during the internship.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    HR / Psychology / Business Administration.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a learning mindset.
  • Proficient in

    Google Workspace or MS Office tools (Excel/Sheets).


Qualifications & Experience


  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Prior internship or project experience in HR will be an advantage.
