Job Summary:

The HR intern will assist our HR team in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and build your skills and network.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

- Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.

- Help with resume screening and candidate evaluation.

2. Employee Relations:

- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Help with employee engagement initiatives and surveys.

3. HR Operations:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

1. Education:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

2. Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

3. Technology:

- Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, recruitment platforms).

- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
