Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Coimbatore, India. The Human Resources Intern will assist with administering HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting general HR functions. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, aiding in employee onboarding processes, and contributing to various HR-related projects. The intern will collaborate closely with the HR team to promote a positive, efficient working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in using HR tools/software is a plus
• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
