Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern based in Noida, offering a combination of in-office responsibilities and remote work flexibility. The intern will assist with core HR functions, including recruitment, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, maintaining personnel records, and supporting overall HR management. The role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and best practices while contributing to initiatives that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Understanding of foundational Human Resources practices, including HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools is an advantage
• A bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
