Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will assist in daily HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management processes. Key responsibilities include conducting research, supporting compliance efforts, maintaining employee records, and collaborating on initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Knowledge of HR Management and development of HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong commitment to social initiatives and nonprofit goals is highly desirable
