Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will assist with daily administrative tasks, support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, manage employee records, and assist with recruitment and onboarding processes. The intern will also provide support in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.

It's an Unpaid Internship. Duration is of 1-3 months.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency with MS Office and HR software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
