Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Support in onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain HR records and update employee databases.
• Coordinate training & development sessions.
• Assist in HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
• Engage in employee engagement initiatives and performance tracking.

Eligibility:

• MBA (HR) – Fresher or final semester candidates.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic corporate environment.
