Position Summary:

Workday Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Configure and support Workday modules such as

  Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll

  , and

  Benefits

  .
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using

  Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors

  , and

  Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)

  .
• Build custom and advanced

  Workday reports

  , dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Lead or support data migration activities, including data mapping, loading, and validation.
• Provide Workday system support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system upgrades and releases.
• Ensure proper Workday security design, implementation, and audit compliance.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Deliver end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Monitor Workday performance, ensuring high system availability and data integrity.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in both functional and technical roles.
• Strong configuration experience with

  Workday HCM and at least two additional modules

  .
• Proven experience developing integrations using

  EIB, Workday Studio, PICOF, PECI, Web Services

  .
• Proficiency in Workday

  Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Advanced/Composite Reporting

  .
• Solid understanding of HR and/or Finance processes and data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with system testing, UAT, and change management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certification(s) in HCM, Integration, Studio, or other modules.
• Experience with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, or Adaptive Insights.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience supporting global, multi-entity organisations.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
