EIB Data Management Specialist

HR operations + Workday EIB-focused

Core Requirements

HR Shared Services / HR Ops
experience (global/regional exposure preferred).
Employee Data Management
– handling high-volume, complex HR transactions.
HCM & CRM Tools
– especially
Workday + ServiceNow
.
Detail Orientation
– ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
Analytical Skills
– good with
Excel
and working on large datasets.
Communication Skills
– ability to explain processes, troubleshoot, and liaise across teams.

Additional Skills

Strong
Workday expertise
, especially
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
functionality.
Data analysis on complex datasets (employee, HR policy-driven, compliance).
Knowledge of
HR policies and procedures
with ability to implement.
Prior
financial services
experience is a plus.
