HRIS Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance on HRIS implementation based on prior multi-system experience.
• Advise on best practices for HR system configuration, integration, and process improvement.
• Support the integration of

  workforce management and scheduling modules

  into the WURK platform.
• Collaborate with internal HR and IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and system connectivity between WURK and DayForce.
• Identify and mitigate potential issues by understanding the interconnections among HR functions (HR, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, etc.).
• Assist in completing project deliverables and configuration tasks for each module.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of HR experience, including significant exposure to

  multiple HRIS platforms

  (e.g., Kronos, DayForce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Proven experience in

  HR system implementations and integrations

  .
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and how they interrelate across modules.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with

  WURK or Kronos

  and

  DayForce

  preferred.
