Job Description

General:

  • Workday PRO certification (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of integrations: EIBs, Core Connectors, Public APIs

HCM Focus:

  • Strong knowledge of core HCM processes: Onboarding, Change Job, Termination
  • Experience with Workday Docs, Surveys, Questionnaires, Reference Letters, Alerts
  • Ability to build Calculated Fields and Custom Reports
  • Deep understanding of Workday Security and Permissions

Time & Absence Focus:

  • Configuration experience with time-off plans, accruals, and leaves
  • Knowledge of time tracking setup, work schedules, and touchpoints with absence
  • Ability to handle complex eligibility, validation rules, and reporting

Payroll Focus:

  • Experience with Workday Payroll processing and configuration
  • Knowledge of Earnings, Deductions, External Inputs, and Accounting setups
  • Familiarity with payroll regulations and module integrations
