Job Description

As a human resources (HR) intern at GroMo, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in English proficiency, both spoken and written, while also gaining hands-on experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate screenings.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Assist with organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve overall employee engagement and satisfaction.
Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports and updating HR databases.
Contribute to the overall success of the HR department by taking on additional tasks and projects as needed.

This internship will provide you with valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic HR environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a meaningful impact on the organization.
