Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern who is passionate about people, culture, and building scalable HR practices. This role will provide end-to-end exposure to HR functions, especially recruitment and operations, while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Recruitment support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Interview coordination: Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ensure a seamless experience.
Database management: Maintain and update HR records, candidate databases, and dashboards.
Onboarding support: Help with documentation, induction, and smooth onboarding of new hires.
HR operations: Provide day-to-day support in HR processes, compliance tasks, and reporting.
Engagement & projects: Contribute to HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and special projects.
