WALK-IN DRIVEDATES - 17th, 18th, and 19th SeptemberLOCATION - 2105, 21st Floor, Tower 4, DLF CORPORATE GREENS, Sector 74, GurgaonWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers valuable experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with end-to-end recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and off boarding processes
Help maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Participate in HR policy reviews and documentation
Support learning and development initiatives
Research HR best practices and provide insights
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
