We’re looking for a driven and experienced professional with a strong background in media sales, ad revenue generation, sports sponsorships, or event partnerships. If you’ve previously worked with sports platforms or have deep expertise in sports marketing and monetization strategies in India, this role offers the perfect platform to lead, scale, and innovate. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue Ownership: Lead end-to-end efforts to drive ad sales, secure sponsorships, and create high-impact sports events that fuel platform growth in India. Client & Partner Relationship: Build, nurture, and grow strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, brands, and sports associations. Use your deep network to unlock new revenue streams. Strategic Sales Planning: Design and execute a forward-thinking sales strategy tailored to the Indian market to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of sports, media, and advertising trends. Keep a pulse on what’s working across digital and offline sports ecosystems to identify business opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal product, content, and marketing teams to ensure the sales strategy aligns with larger business goals. WHAT YOU BRING 8–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue roles Proven success in sales or business development in media, sports tech, OTT platforms, or event sponsorships. Strong network within the Indian advertising and sports industry—brands, agencies, and media partners. Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ✓ Experience handling end-to-end business ownership is a big plus. Deep understanding of sports consumer trends, media buying behaviour, and event monetization in India. Ability to translate market insights into commercial strategies that deliver growth. Ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders and brand leaders effectively. Comfort in working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, tech, and product to align sales with company goals. WHY WORK WITH US?
