Job Description

We are hiring a Relationship Manager (RM) for our B2B Insurance vertical focused on Motor and Health Insurance. The RM will be responsible for onboarding agents (partners) and driving business through them by offering the right product mix, training, and support. Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and activate insurance agents for health and motor insurance products. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure consistent business flow. Conduct training sessions and product briefings for agents. Achieve business targets through the agent (partner) network. Ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sales service through coordination with internal teams. Track agent performance and provide regular support and motivation. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales of health or motor insurance. An existing network of insurance agents (partners) is mandatory. Strong understanding of motor and health insurance products. Good communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Prior experience in an Insurance Broking company (PB Partner, Renewbuy, InsuranceDekho, Turtlemint, Probus Insurance, Hero Broking, etc. ) or any Insurance company is a big plus.
