Relationship Manager (Insurance B2B)

You will be joining as a Relationship Manager (RM) within our B2B Insurance vertical, with a specific focus on Motor and Health Insurance. Your primary responsibility will involve the onboarding of agents (partners) and driving business growth through them. This will be achieved by offering the right product mix, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and activating insurance agents for health and motor insurance products. Building and nurturing strong relationships with these agents will be crucial to ensure a consistent flow of business. Additionally, you will be conducting training sessions and product briefings for the agents to enhance their understanding and performance. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales within the health or motor insurance sector. It is essential to have an established network of insurance agents (partners) to effectively carry out your duties. A solid understanding of motor and health insurance products, coupled with excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, will be key to your success. Being self-motivated and results-driven is highly valued in this role. Prior experience in an Insurance Broking company or any Insurance company would be advantageous. This could include companies such as PB Partner, Renewbuy, InsuranceDekho, Turtlemint, Probus Insurance, Hero Broking, among others.
