Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Handle customer feedback and recovery calls: Proactively reach out to customers who left low app ratings (1-3 stars) or negative reviews, understand their pain points, document their concerns, and work with the team to resolve issues while turning detractors into promoters through personalized attention and timely solutions. Monitor and analyze customer sentiment data: Track daily app reviews, NPS survey responses, and support ticket trends to identify recurring issues, create weekly reports highlighting critical pain points, and suggest actionable improvements to enhance customer experience and prevent future negative experiences. Execute customer success initiatives: Conduct follow-up calls with resolved cases to ensure satisfaction, gather success stories from happy customers for testimonials, assist in creating FAQ resources based on common queries, and help implement quick wins that directly impact app ratings and customer satisfaction metrics.
