As a human resources (HR) intern at Axestrack Software Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative work environment. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, such as preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
• Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as updating employee databases and maintaining personnel files.
• Supporting HR team with employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Assisting with performance management processes, including tracking employee performance evaluations and providing support to managers.
• Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends to provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Assisting with other HR projects and tasks as needed to support the overall HR function.
