Job Description

Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles. Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Maintain and update employee databases and documentation. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives. Draft and publish job postings on various platforms. Assist in internal communication, policy dissemination, and compliance tracking. Organize HR records and ensure proper documentation.
