Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist HRBPs with day-to-day operational tasks and strategic HR initiatives. Support in the execution of employee engagement activities and surveys. Help with data analysis and reporting related to workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, performance). Participate in performance management processes and feedback cycles. Coordinate meetings, trainings, and follow-ups with business units. Support change management and organizational development projects. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
