Job Description

As an HR Manager at our technology-driven company, your role will be crucial in bridging management and employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. You will be responsible for developing clear policies, ensuring policy awareness, and coordinating all new hire onboarding activities. Additionally, you will support staff with HR-related issues such as compensation, benefits, rewards, recognition, leaves, misconduct, and problem resolution. Maintaining and updating HR records and employee files under compliance laws, policies, and providing organizational change information for charts and presentations will be part of your responsibilities. Carrying out necessary administrative duties will also be required in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues - Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness - Coordinate all new hire onboarding activities - Support staff with HR-related issues - Maintain/update HR records and employee files - Carry out necessary administrative duties Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3-4 years of HR management experience - Excellent communication and management skills working with all departments and levels of an organization - Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems - Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office Qualifications: - Strong leadership and managerial skills - Expertise in HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and policy development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop and deliver effective HR strategies and programs - Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field About Company: We are a technology-driven company focused on developing innovative solutions for our clients" problems to help them succeed and stand out in the world.
