Role & responsibilities

Human Resources

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Plan manpower requirements and coordinate hiring.
  
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and maintain employee records.
  

1. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
  
• Plan welfare, motivation, and team-building activities.
  

1. Payroll & Compliance

• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and salary processing.
  
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.).
  

1. Training & Development

• Prepare training calendar as per skill matrix.
  
• Organize training and maintain training records for audits.
  

1. Performance Management

• Support appraisals, KRAs, and performance evaluations.

Administration

1. General Administration

• Supervise housekeeping, canteen, security, and transport arrangements.
  
• Ensure availability of office supplies and utilities.
  

1. Legal & Compliance Support

• Maintain labor law registers and statutory records.
  
• Coordinate for internal/external audits (IATF/ISO, labor inspections).
  

1. Facilities Management

• Oversee maintenance of office premises and safety measures.
  
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and government authorities.
  

1. Communication & Coordination

• Issue circulars, notices, and policy updates.
  
• Act as a bridge between management and employees.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
  
• 26 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a manufacturing plant
