Role & responsibilities We are looking for a high performing individual for our molded and extrusion rubber components manufacturing and export unit in Chakan Pune. This position works closely with the CEO, with direct responsibilities of the complete sales cycle including, lead qualification, nurturing leads, proposal making, sales presentations and closing sales for all the target geographies If you are fit for the position send your CV to: deepa.chandure@tridentpolymer.com Key Responsibilities: Business development - India domestic as well as Europe First point contact for customer - Existing accounts and New Timely RFQ responses Pricing decisions and submission of quotations. Post quotation follow up and reviews. Customer Relationship Management - Particularly existing customers Ensuring efficient information flow with the customer (like regular updates and quick responses) Assessing customer needs and correspondingly developing customised solutions. Scheduling orders as per customers requirements. Single Point contact between plant and customer. Coordination of technical and commercial issues with the plant. Working in tandem with various dept (Purchase, Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering and Finance etc) to fulfil customer requirements. Effective communication with the plant to facilitate smooth functioning. Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads to convert into business CRM : Pipeline management, Zoho CRM management - Leads, accounts and contacts Commercials : Receiving RFQs, prepare quote, negotiations and follow ups until receipt of order Regular visits to customers within region Presenting company capabilities to customers during plant visit Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts. Technical Lead for all communication with customer until SOP Market research : Identify and research potential customers, industries, and markets to generate leads and new business opportunities. Assist at trade shows and other marketing events. Maintaining events calendar Preferred candidate profile Bachelor of Engineering any stream - MBA/Marketing Graduate, Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Technical sales or business development with successful track record of generating new business and sales closures Fluency in English communication - written and professional verbal communication is MUST Working experience of excel and powerpoint Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM, social media, email marketing and content marketing Experience in B2B, rubber industry, Automotive industry or manufacturing industry is ADDED ADVANTAGE Highly motivated, self initiative and team player to integrate with the management goal Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. send your CV to: deepa.chandure@tridentpolymer.com
