Job Summary

Tathastu Superspeciality Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations to support and streamline daily HR functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR operations, employee handling, documentation, and compliance. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR workflows and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
  • Handle attendance management, leave tracking, and monthly data preparation.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain candidate records and follow up during the selection process.
  • Support hiring managers in closing positions on time.

3. Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate with finance/HR teams to provide accurate monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, clinic policies, and statutory requirements.

4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

  • Support employee welfare activities, engagement programs, and communication initiatives.
  • Handle basic employee queries and issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Promote a healthy and positive workplace culture.

5. Clinic HR Support

  • Coordinate shift allocations, duty rosters, and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to clinic protocols.
  • Support management in HR-related reporting and audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
