Position: HR Generalist

Company: Socio Street Advertising LLP

Location: Kalkaji, South Delhi


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our team at SocioStreet. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people management and fostering a positive work culture. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive our company's success.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with department heads.

- Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs to support the integration and growth of new employees.

- Administer employee benefits programs and provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.

- Oversee performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing guidance on professional development opportunities.

- Proactively identify opportunities for improving employee engagement and retention, and develop strategies to address them.

- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure Socio Street remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Masters degree preferred)

- Proven experience working in HR roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

- An HR certification is a plus.
