Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Madurai. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience in a relevant field. The role involves supporting various HR functions to enhance our organizational development and employee engagement.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in end to end recruitment, particularly in blue collar hiring (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and practices, especially in a generalist capacity.
  • Experience in the e-commerce sector with a solid grasp of industry-specific HR challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees across all levels.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and develop actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and other relevant HR tools and systems.
  • Capability to foster a positive work environment and facilitate conflict resolution effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee blue collar hiring to ensure timely and efficient workforce management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive and positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for workforce planning and talent management.
