Role: Oversees HR operations, develops policies, and aligns HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Tasks:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies.

• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

• Oversee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Design and implement training, development, and succession planning programs.

• Advise leadership on HR trends and workforce planning.

• Skills: Leadership, strategic thinking, HR law expertise, communication, problem-solving.
