Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our accounting and financial operations. This is a pivotal role in ensuring financial health, strategic planning, and compliance as we scale our operations pan india. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance while driving financial efficiency. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Accounting & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and comply with all statutory and tax regulations. Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare financial budgets, forecasts, and reports for decision-making. Cash Flow & Fund Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to GST, income tax, and other financial regulations. Cost Control & Profitability Analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability. Audit & Risk Management: Liaise with auditors, implement internal controls, and mitigate financial risks. Investor & Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management, investors, and other stakeholders. ERP & Financial Systems Management: Ensure efficient use of accounting software and ERP systems, with a strong knowledge of Tally . Key Requirements Education: CA Inter Qualified + MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Experience: Minimum 5 + years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
