ROLE OVERVIEW The Accounts Assistant will support the Accounts & Finance team in day-to-day accounting operations, record maintenance, and compliance documentation. This role involves handling basic accounting functions including data entry, voucher preparation, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and support for audits and tax filings. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accounting & Data Entry: Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally or accounting software accurately and promptly. Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare sales and purchase invoices, credit/debit notes, and ensure proper documentation and filing. Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of bank statements with company books. Payment Processing: Support preparation of vendor and employee payments and maintain payment records. GST & TDS Support: Assist in compiling data for GST returns, TDS calculations, and filing support. Cash & Petty Cash Handling: Maintain petty cash registers and ensure proper tracking of physical and digital payments. Inventory & Stock Records: Help maintain updated inventory records in coordination with the dispatch and production teams. Audit Support: Provide documentation and data to auditors during internal and statutory audits. MIS & Reporting Support: Assist in generating basic financial reports and summaries as required by the Finance Manager. Coordination & Filing: Ensure timely filing, scanning, and maintenance of all accounting documents and registers. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education: B.Com / M.Com (CMA/CA Inter preferred) or equivalent qualification Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar accounting role Software Skills: Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools Other Requirements: Familiarity with GST, TDS, and accounting principles; strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines WHY JOIN US? Job Title: Dispatch Executive – Livestock Solutions Department: Logistics Executive Location: Village Bhuri Majra, Shambhu Road, Ambala, 140417 Reporting To: Operations Manager Job Summary: The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end dispatch operations of livestock-related products and solutions. This includes coordinating orders, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation, and optimizing dispatch efficiency while ensuring product integrity and compliance with company standards and regulatory norms. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules for livestock feed, veterinary supplies, equipment, or related solutions. Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Verify dispatch documents such as invoices, challans, e-way bills, and transport permits. Monitor vehicle availability, route planning, and driver allocation for efficient delivery. Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to sales and customers. Ensure proper packaging, handling, and temperature control (if applicable) of livestock products. Maintain dispatch records, vehicle logs, and inventory movement reports. Coordinate with transporters and vendors for smooth logistics operations. Manage discrepancies in deliveries, shortages, or damaged goods, and resolve them promptly. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements related to livestock solutions. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of dispatch and logistics operations. Good coordination and communication skills (with internal teams and transporters). Basic knowledge of ERP/Tally/Excel for record management. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously. Problem-solving and time management skills. Knowledge of livestock industry operations (feed, health, or equipment) is an added advantage. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations. Experience in the livestock or agri-input industry preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time dispatch rate. Accuracy of dispatch documentation. Delivery turnaround time. Reduction in logistics or damage-related losses. Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
