Human Resources Generalist

You will be joining Livestock Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an experienced and dynamic HR Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management. Your role will involve talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development to support the company's growth and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, managing recruitment processes, addressing employee grievances, organizing engagement activities, implementing performance appraisal systems, designing training programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and identifying and addressing employee concerns to create a healthy work environment. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of HR experience in a non-IT industry. You should have strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices, excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
