Urgent Opening of GeneralManager - Works -: Responsibilities: · . Oversee end to end operations, ensuring seamless production , logistics & quality control. · Lead all operations: manufacturing, R&D, sales, supply chain , HR, Production. · Lead & mentor cross- functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation & excellence · Manage production planning, process optimization, and quality control using equipment like HPLC and spray dryers. · Drive strategy, innovation, and global market growth. · Manage budgets, resources, and sustainability . · Lead staff, manage unions, and engage with directors. · Mitigate risks and maintain quality standards.. · Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations, including effluent treatment systems. · Optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. · Lead and train plant staff, managing labor relations and union negotiations. · Collaborate with directors to meet production and quality targets. Key Skills: · Expertise in chemical manufacturing, production planning, and process optimization. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen. In-depth knowledge of safety, environmental, and labor compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in SAP, quality control systems, and project management.
