Plastofab is Manufacturer of transformer & insulating components for T & D application Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Kolkata. 1) The Back Office Executive will be responsible for prepare costing & tender documents for utility & private customer. 2) On approval of said costing/tender from management submit through mail & necessary private/government portal. 3) Participation in reverse auction (through private/government portal) behalf of the organization. 4) Well conversant in GEM & equivalent portal to participate in the bids behalf of the organization. 5) Communicate with customers to get confirmation of receiving tender/offer in time. 6) Work Order entry in Tally ERP system (latest version) & issue approved Proforma Invoices where required. 7) ISO & equivalent quality audit paper works, related with the part of Costing/Tender/PO Entry. Qualifications Should be Graduate in B.COM (Bachelor in Commerce) with 3-4 years experience in similar job profile preferred. Well conversant in Office Excel, Word & have good typing speed.
