Company Profile “ Times Automation Pvt. Ltd was formed in year 2007 and engaged in business of providing Bulk Material Handling, Automatic Batch Weighing System and Providing solutions as per the requirement of clients from Food, Confectionery & Pharma Industry ” Job Purpose : Responsible for planning and organizing production schedules. Assessing resources requirements& inventory management. Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with Departments. Determining quality control standards. Ensuring production output through production report & ensure overall functioning of production floor to the level of delivery schedule. Responsibilities: 1. Shall be responsible for taking care of all production house related work. 2. Shall be responsible for coordinating with MD/Sales & drive production planning/production schedule 3. Good Knowledge of Stainless Steel Fabrication 4. Must have knowledge of different type of Welding used for Stainless Steel Fabrication 5. Can understand Auto CAD & Solid Works Drawings 6. Shall be responsible for allotment & supervising work on production floor 7. Shall be responsible for supervising manpower daily, work allotment to supervisors & operators 8. Shall be responsible for coordinating with MD/PPC Coordinator for arrangement of raw material, tools & spares on basis of minimum stock level & daily requirement 9. Shall be responsible to issue /maintain / received any type of tools / gadgets in working condition / test certificate / periodically maintenance in production department with monitoring over Maintenance & Mold department 10. Shall be responsible for Tracking report of the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. 11. Shall be responsible for drafting a timescale for the job & ensuring production output on daily, weekly, monthly basis 12. Shall be responsible for being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment. 13. Shall be responsible for overseeing that intimation for any amendment in manufacturing process / component / part in prescribe format in ISO reached to Design team. 14. Shall be responsible for update & maintain all machine status / process / documents 15. Shall be responsible for maintain quality audit in assembling & manufacturing process of machine 16. Shall be responsible for making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality 17. Shall be responsible for Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule 18. Shall be responsible for assessing project and resources requirements 19. Shall be responsible for estimating, negotiating and agreeing timescales with Operations 20. Shall be responsible for re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary 21. Shall be responsible to coordinate with respective department selecting, ordering and purchasing material 22. Shall be responsible for the execution/obey/implementation of workplace safety rule in workshop 23. Shall be responsible for controlling further proceeding, assembly or delivery of non- conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected 24. Shall be responsible for intimation to operations/sales/dispatch department when orders are complete & for overall delivery schedule 25. Shall be responsible for coordinating with MD for QA regarding activity 26. Shall be responsible for overall supervision for production, inspection and maintenance activity 27. Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company 28. Responsible for ensuring basic safety standards are maintained at production floor 29. Responsible for conducting daily morning meeting 30. Responsible for reporting production report 31. Responsible for giving training on 5S monthly Requisite Skills: A strong exposure on Production Management in Stainless Steel Fabrication industry. High competent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power-point) Desired Skills: Candidate should be from Fabrication industry. Immediate joining required Education: Preferred - Technical (B.
