Maintain a dedicated inbox for incoming queries in a timely manner. • Create and send out invoices accurately and promptly according to contractual agreements. • Maintain accurate records of all communications with clients related to account status. • Work closely with sales and onboarding teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues affecting payment collections. • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivables ledger against company records. • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on AR status for management review, highlighting key trends or areas needing attention. • Assist in developing policies or procedures for improving credit control processes.
