🔹 About the Role

Apetan Consulting is looking for an experienced Assistant Human Resource Manager to handle a blend of HR Operations (70%) and Talent Acquisition (30%) responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Indian payroll and compliance management, along with a good understanding of recruitment processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🧾 HR Operations (70%)

Manage Indian payroll with complete accuracy and compliance.

Handle statutory processes — PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, LWF, etc.

Oversee the complete employee life cycle — from onboarding to exit.

Maintain and update employee data in KEKA HRMS (experience mandatory/preferred).

Track attendance, leaves, and generate monthly HR reports.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Support employee engagement, performance management, and retention activities.

🎯 Talent Acquisition (30%)

Manage end-to-end hiring for internal and support roles.

Source, screen, and interview candidates from multiple job platforms.

Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning.

Ensure timely closures while maintaining candidate experience.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

4–7 years of relevant HR experience with a strong focus on Indian payroll.

Proficiency in HRMS platforms (KEKA HRMS preferred).

In-depth knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labour regulations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
