Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, maintain employee relations, and oversee HR management activities. The executive will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, handle recruitment processes, and support employee development and performance management initiatives.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or nutraceutical industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
