Human Resources Executive

Location: Andheri West

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (No additional benefits)

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage offer roll-outs and documentation.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees including documentation, induction, and orientation.
• Manage full offboarding process including exit interviews and clearance formalities.

HR Operations & Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor and manage attendance and leave records.
• Assist in payroll inputs by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
• Ensure timely documentation, issuance of letters (offer, increment, relieving, etc.)

Performance Management:

• Support the implementation of performance appraisal cycles.
• Maintain performance records and support managers in review processes.
• Coordinate training or development plans based on performance outcomes.

Employee Engagement & Communication:

• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  2–3 years in an HR generalist role, with hands-on experience in recruitment (technical and non-technical).

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, processes, and compliance.
• Familiarity with HR software/tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
