Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Complycraft, located in Pimpri. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, addressing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR management tasks. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee development and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Proven expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the corporate sector is a plus
