Website: AM Medical IT Solutions Title: AR Associate/Sr AR Associate Job Responsibilities: AR Calling & Follow-Up: Follow up with insurance companies, patients, and payers on outstanding claims and overdue balances. Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims, while assisting patients with insurance benefits and balances. Document all interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the billing system. Negotiate payment plans with patients and arrange alternative payment options as necessary. Experience: 1-4 years of experience in AR/Denial Management for Physician Billing. CTC: Depends on the interview.
