Job Summary:

Job opening: HR/ Sr HR Executive

Experience: 1-3 years in HR recruitment and operation

5 days working.

Salary: based on interview.

Immediate joiner.

Mumbai based candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Should be capable of handling end to end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

3. Support in employee engagement activities.

4. One to one sessions with employees to address their issues/concerns.

5. Handling grievances.

6. Provide administrative support to HR activities, including performance reviews and employee relations.
