About the Role: We are seeking a passionate freelance coding tutor to teach programming basics to junior grade students, including international learners. The tutor should be creative, patient, and able to make coding fun and engaging for kids. Responsibilities: Deliver interactive online coding lessons tailored for young students. Teach beginner-friendly languages such as Scratch, Blockly, or Python. Use games, storytelling, and projects to simplify coding concepts. Adjust teaching style to suit international students’ needs. Provide feedback, encouragement, and progress updates. Requirements: Prior experience in teaching/tutoring children (preferred). Strong English communication skills for international interaction. Location: Andheri West Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (No additional benefits) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews. Manage offer roll-outs and documentation. Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees including documentation, induction, and orientation. Manage full offboarding process including exit interviews and clearance formalities. HR Operations & Administration: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Monitor and manage attendance and leave records. Assist in payroll inputs by providing accurate attendance and leave data. Ensure timely documentation, issuance of letters (offer, increment, relieving, etc.) Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal cycles. Maintain performance records and support managers in review processes. Coordinate training or development plans based on performance outcomes. Employee Engagement & Communication: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Key Requirements: Experience: 2–3 years in an HR generalist role, with hands-on experience in recruitment (technical and non-technical). Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Strong knowledge of HR operations, processes, and compliance. Familiarity with HR software/tools and MS Office. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
