Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Changanacherry. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, maintaining employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Daily tasks include managing recruitment processes, conducting employee evaluations, handling HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to support the company's HR functions.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and labor laws
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
