Human Resources Executive

Additionally, you will ensure seamless induction, manage joining formalities, and oversee documentation. Maintaining accurate employee records and personal files, managing exit formalities, and clearance processes will also be part of your role. You will be responsible for overseeing the HR STOP attendance system, supporting internal events and communication campaigns for employee engagement, and coordinating with external vendors as required. Your duties will also involve drafting HR letters, managing HR databases, and assisting with daily coordination and documentation tasks. To succeed in this role, you should possess proven experience in HR operations and recruitment, familiarity with HR systems (preferably HR STOP), proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
