Roles and Responsibilities

• Employee Data Management:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data privacy, and managing HR systems.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration:
• Processing payroll, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Onboarding and Offboarding:
• Managing the process of hiring new employees, including paperwork, training, and system access, as well as the process of employees leaving the organization.
• HR Policy Development and Implementation:
• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines.
• Compliance and Legal:
• Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring that HR practices adhere to legal standards.
• HR System Management:
• Administering and maintaining HR systems, including HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and applicant tracking systems.
• Employee Relations:
• Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Workforce Planning and Talent Management:

Supporting strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
