Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Rankawat Group, located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing HR management tasks. The role involves daily interactions with employees, addressing their concerns, and ensuring all HR functions run smoothly and efficiently.
