Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Medellín. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, enhancing employee relations, and overseeing HR management tasks. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure efficient HR operations and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in managing HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Medellín
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology or data solutions industry is a plus
