Talent Acquisition Executive / Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to support our rapidly growing Solar EPC operations. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across engineering, project execution, procurement, O&M, and corporate functions, ensuring timely onboarding of high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Solar EPC projects, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, O&M, PMC, and Corporate roles

• Partner with project heads and senior leadership to understand manpower planning and hiring timelines

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks

• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical and HR interviews

• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming solar projects

• Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and recruitment platforms

• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and hiring standards

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

• Prior experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Infrastructure hiring preferred

• Strong understanding of project-based and technical hiring requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
