HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit process
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leaves
• Handle payroll inputs, HRMS, and statutory compliance coordination
• Address employee queries and grievances professionally
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Draft HR policies and ensure implementation
• Assist in performance management and appraisal process
• Coordinate with management on workforce planning and hiring needs
• Maintain HR documentation, MIS reports, and audit requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum

  2 years of in-house HR experience

• Strong understanding of core HR operations and statutory laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a

  12 PM – 9 PM

  shift
• Residing in or willing to relocate near

  Goregaon West, Mumbai

• Ready to work

  6 days a week (Mon–Sat)
