Phantom Designs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our growing team full-time in Lucknow. If you’re passionate about people, processes, and building a strong team culture, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews

• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees

• Maintain and update HR records and employee documentation

• Support performance management and employee engagement activities

• Handle basic payroll and attendance coordination

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1+ year of HR experience (agency or startup experience preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR software/tools

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities

• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
